I’ve been on a weight loss journey for a few months now and have made some progress through diet and exercise. However, I’ve hit a bit of a plateau and am looking for some additional strategies to boost my efforts.
I’ve heard a lot about apple cider vinegar (ACV) and its potential benefits for weight loss. Some people claim that it helps with appetite control, metabolism, and even fat burning. I’m curious if anyone here has tried incorporating ACV into their routine and seen positive results.
A bit of background on me: I’m a 5’2" female, currently weighing 215 lbs. I have PCOS, which makes weight loss a bit more challenging. My doctor has also mentioned that I’m at risk for heart disease and diabetes, so I’m trying to be proactive about my health.
