Sup good people… I’m curious about Chipotle and its impact on weight loss. I’ve heard mixed opinions, so I’m wondering: is Chipotle good for weight loss? I enjoy their food but want to make sure it aligns with my health goals. Any insights or experiences would be appreciated!

Since certain staff at Chipotle are more “generous” with their amounts than others, it can be quite difficult to estimate the number of calories in any given dish.

Former Chipotle worker: After two months, I grew tired of the food I was served during my shift. After that, everything tastes very much the same, and there can be significant differences between the “typical” portion you’ll be served and the one on which the calorie information is based. For example, a lot of workers throw in 6 ounces of rice rather than 4, since it’s quicker and avoids the stigma of being frugal. Even though we should just be giving a tiny amount of cheese, folks become upset over it. Your mileage will therefore differ.
