I’ve finally shed the weight!! Over 20 lbs down!
I was stuck between 391 and 303 for a while, occasionally hitting 299. This time, I bypassed it completely. I’m ecstatic to be back in the 200’s again! Hoping it stays this way—had steak last night, and dropped 4 lbs overnight. Fingers crossed it sticks.
Plan to hit the gym 3 days a week and keep up with meal prep to maintain 297 and lose more. Also, been walking more at the mall, averaging 3,000-5,000 steps each time.
Really aiming to maintain this weight loss.
