I’ve drastically modified my eating habits in the last month or two - I no longer consume meat or dairy, and I’ve nearly completely eliminated manufactured sugar, except for the occasional canned or ready-made vegan coleslaw.
I also had a tooth extracted two days ago, so I’ve been on a liquid diet since yesterday (soya/coconut yoghurts, soups, etc.), though I’m still eating three meals each day.
I was wondering if this was normal/healthy because I know it is not ideal to lose a large amount of weight rapidly. I’m just not sure if that amount/time qualifies huge.

No, it is not normal. I remember dropping over 7 kg early in my weight reduction journey, but I quickly realised that most of it was water weight, not actual fat. To be honest, what you describe sounds disturbing. You should probably speak with your doctor.
That is an incredible amount of weight to drop in two weeks, but you have provided reasons for it.
I’d make sure you’re not still dropping weight this quickly; if you are, visit a doctor right away. Examine your food consumption to ensure you are eating a balanced and nutritious diet.
It wouldn’t hurt to get a checkup just in case, for piece of mind and everything.
