Nothing I try will get this belly flat!

I’m a 41-year-old woman who’s always been thin but never had a flat stomach. Even at my thinnest (49kg), I still had a little pooch. Now, at 56kg and 167 cm tall, I’m at a good weight. I do CrossFit three times a week and eat relatively healthy. My body looks great—strong arms, legs, and a fab butt thanks to CrossFit squats.

However, my belly still seems big for my frame, especially after having three kids. A year ago, I lost 5kg with a dietician’s help, but it seems like losing another 5kg is the only way to reduce my belly. I don’t want to do this because I enjoy food, and cutting calories further would be exhausting with my busy life.

This belly issue affects my self-esteem. Has anyone else dealt with something similar, and how did you overcome it?

Hey, I’ve heard all about that ‘total body fat loss’ stuff, but honestly, I’ve seen a real difference in my waistline with belly dancing, yoga for abs, and even ballroom dancing. These exercises really target that area and can reshape your waist.
