I’m new to weight training and looking to start a beginner dumbbell workout routine at home. Could someone suggest a simple yet effective dumbbell workout specifically tailored for beginners? I’m hoping to tone muscles and improve strength without overwhelming myself. Any tips on form, sets, reps, and progression would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, Leah. I started a few weeks ago with 12-pound dumbbells, and I recommend doing three sets of six reps each.
