Regretfully, I haven’t been able to return to my baseline weight. I’ve only shed one or two pounds. I can’t complain too much because all of the weight is in my thighs and ass, but I’m used to having a more toned body because I work so hard in the gym. I’m confident that with patience and a regular schedule, I’ll return to my previous state. The best course of action is to avoid overthinking or worrying because doing so will merely make your body retain more weight.
Hi there! It’s understandable to have concerns after taking Plan B. While weight gain isn’t a common side effect, some people do report bloating or water retention. Other side effects can include nausea, fatigue, headache, dizziness, breast tenderness, and changes in your menstrual cycle. These side effects usually appear within a few days and can last up to a week. To manage or minimize them, try staying hydrated, eating balanced meals, getting enough rest, and using over-the-counter pain relief for headaches or cramps. Everyone’s experience can be different, so if you have any severe or persistent symptoms, it’s best to consult with a healthcare professional. Hope this helps, and take care!
